Refund policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the date of order delivery. Return Items has to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@truecolorwholesale.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Truecolor usa Inc. covers the cost of the return shipping if the return is a result of our error or a defective item. Please contact us first before return your items. Return will NOT be accepted without prior authorization. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.
